For LTA Padel Instructors

The LTA gave you the skills to coach. PadelEngage gives you the tools to build a business around those skills — from your first booking to a full client list.

The qualification covers coaching. It does not cover the business.

You spent months working toward your LTA Padel Instructor qualification. Five days of training, work experience, coursework, a video assessment. You earned your Level 2. You are accredited. You are ready to coach.

And then the real questions start. How do you find players? How do you take bookings without using your personal WhatsApp? What should you charge? How do you get paid reliably instead of chasing bank transfers? Do you need a website? How do you get found on Google?

None of that is covered by the qualification. It is not a gap in the LTA’s teaching — it is simply not what the qualification is for. The LTA teaches you how to coach padel brilliantly. How to run a coaching business is a different subject. This is where PadelEngage starts.

Everything a newly qualified coach needs — ready from day one

Your own coaching page, live today

A professional profile at padelengage.com/pe/your-name. Your LTA Level 2 badge, your bio, your services, your booking link. Players who find you on Google see a credible, accredited coach — not a WhatsApp number.

Online booking without the back-and-forth

Players browse your available sessions, pick a time, and book. No messages, no confirmation texts, no calendar juggling. Your first booking could come in while you are on court.

Stripe payments from your first session

Connect your Stripe account in five minutes. Players pay at the point of booking. Money goes directly to you — no platform cut on session revenue.

Display your LTA accreditation

Your LTA Padel Instructor Level 2 appears on your profile. Players can see you are qualified and accredited. For players who have never worked with a coach before, this matters.

Group sessions from day one

The Level 2 qualifies you to deliver group sessions. PadelEngage makes group sessions easy to manage: set a maximum capacity, let players book their spot, and always know who is coming. No WhatsApp group coordination needed.

Your players are yours

Every player who books through your PadelEngage page is in your account. Not a venue’s system. Yours. If you change where you coach, your player base comes with you.

“I qualified in September and had PadelEngage set up the same week. My first Google booking came in the following month — a player who found my profile searching for a padel coach in their area. That would never have happened if I was only on Instagram.”

Frequently asked questions

Can I use PadelEngage while I am still building my client base?

Yes — this is exactly when it makes the most sense to set up properly. Your coaching page starts appearing in Google search results from day one. Starting with the right infrastructure means you never need to undo informal habits later.

What does PadelEngage cost for a new coach?

There is a free trial period when you join. After the trial, PadelEngage costs £49/month. Given that a single extra 1-to-1 booking per month typically covers the subscription cost, most coaches find it pays for itself quickly.

Do I need to be LTA accredited to join?

No. You need a valid LTA qualification to coach at registered venues — that is an LTA requirement, not ours. But you do not need to be accredited to set up a PadelEngage profile. You can set up your page, add your services, and prepare everything before your accreditation is confirmed.

What if I am only coaching part-time to start?

PadelEngage works at any session volume. Part-time coaches benefit just as much from professional online booking and upfront payments as full-time coaches — arguably more, because every session you do deliver needs to work properly.
