Is it really free to start?
Yes. Your first 20 bookings through PadelEngage are completely free — no card required to sign up. Once you’ve hit 20 bookings and seen the padel coaching platform working for you, you move onto the Coach plan at £24 a month. You only pay when it’s already earning you money.
Does PadelEngage take a cut of my session fees?
No. When a player books and pays, the money goes directly to your own Stripe account. PadelEngage charges a flat monthly subscription — that’s it. No commission, no hidden percentages, no surprise deductions. What you earn is yours.
What happens if I go quiet — holidays, injury, off-season?
You can pause your subscription any time. Billing stops at the end of your current period, your profile and all your data stay exactly as they are, and you resume when you’re ready. You’re never paying for a month you’re not coaching.
Do my players need to create a PadelEngage account?
No. Players book through your personal coaching site — they don’t see PadelEngage branding and they don’t need a separate account. It looks and feels like your platform, because it is.
Can my players install it as an app on their phone?
Yes. Your coaching site works as a progressive web app — players can add it to their home screen with your name and icon. It behaves like a native app, including push notifications for booking confirmations and session reminders.
Is PadelEngage better than using Playtomic for coaching?
Playtomic is a court booking platform — coaching is an afterthought. Is my players' data safe?
Yes. PadelEngage is GDPR compliant. Your player data belongs to you — you can export it or delete it at any time. We never sell or share player data with third parties. If you leave PadelEngage, your data leaves with you.
