About

Why PadelEngage exists

Padel is the fastest growing sport in the UK. Between 2019 and 2025, the number of padel courts grew from 50 to over 1,000. Over 400,000 people played the sport in 2024. The coaching workforce that supports them is growing fast, qualified, accredited coaches emerging from the LTA’s training pathway every month.

But the tools available to those coaches have not kept up.

Most UK padel coaches in 2026 are managing their coaching business the same way they managed it in 2020: WhatsApp for bookings, cash or bank transfer for payment, a personal Google Calendar for scheduling, and Instagram for visibility. They are building a player base inside a venue’s system, which means the venue owns the player relationship, not the coach.

PadelEngage exists to fix this. Not with a generic booking tool that happens to work for padel, and not with a court platform that treats coaching as a side feature. With a product built from scratch for the specific way padel coaches work.

What we built

PadelEngage gives every coach:

  • Their own professional coaching website, indexed by Google
  • Online booking that players self-serve at any time
  • Stripe payments direct to the coach’s account, no platform cut
  • Group session management with capacity control
  • Monthly memberships and session block packages
  • A full player database that belongs to the coach

Everything in one place. No venue dependency. No middleman between the coach and their players.

Where we are

PadelEngage is opening to UK coaches through 2026, starting in Bristol. The platform is built and live.

PadelEngage is built in Bristol. We are building this for coaches, which means we talk to coaches constantly, and the product reflects what coaches actually need rather than what we assumed they needed.
